TWO GOVERNORS TO RALLY FOR TRUMP ACROSS IOWA

A dynamic father-daughter pair of Arkansas governors will campaign on behalf of President Trump in Iowa on Monday as the Hawkeye State gears up to hold the nation’s first presidential primary caucus on Jan. 15.

Incumbent Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders, who served as press secretary to Trump, and former Gov. Mike Huckabee, will host two faith events in churches across the state.

The first event will be held Monday at the Hickory Grove Community Church in Ottumwa, Iowa, and the second will be held at the First Church of God in Des Moines.

Sanders, who endorsed Trump in November, wrote in a statement on X on Friday that she will campaign for Trump in Iowa because “we need his leadership back in the White House.”

She added, “The contrast between President Biden’s disastrous policies and President Trump’s successful policies could not be more clear. President Trump made America great and will again.”

In a post to X on Friday, Sanders’ father, Mike Huckabee, also told fans about the events, which will happen a week before the Iowa vote. He asked supporters to come.

The Iowa caucuses will be the first test of how many people vote and how much support there is for President Trump’s campaign to win the White House this year. If the polls are any sign of how the caucuses will go on January 15, Trump is likely to win the state by a large margin.

In Iowa, Trump has also been ahead in other polls. In a Fox Business poll, he is 34 points ahead of DeSantis. In a CBS News poll, he is 36 points ahead, and in an Iowa State University poll, he is 37 points ahead.

In the days before the caucus, Trump will keep promoting in Iowa and holding more events. He will spend more time there.
