Donald Trump did something fresh and new on Saturday afternoon in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he showed up at “Sneaker Con,” a gathering of young and vibrant entrepreneurs pitching the latest and greatest footwear in America.

The product website for the shoes also included pairs of white and red sneakers with varying designs. The “Never Surrender High Tops” sold out within hours on Saturday, following the unprecedented launch at the sneaker convention.

Donald Trump, the former U.S. president and Republican front-runner for the November presidential election, recently made a fresh move by launching his own brand of sneakers called Trump Sneakers.

This venture comes after a New York court fined him $355 million for business fraud. During the Sneaker Con conference held in Philadelphia, Trump took advantage of his appearance to promote his foray into the sneaker market, which is particularly popular in the United States.

The star product receiving the most attention is a limited edition of 1,000 units called “Never Surrender”. Priced at $399 per pair, these gold-colored, Converse-style high-top sneakers feature a “T” on the tongue and an American flag on the heel counter.

The “Never Surrender” sneakers sold out within one day of their release. Trump is also selling the T-Red Wave sneakers for $199, which are red with a white sole, featuring the “T,” the American flag, and the number 45 in reference to his presidency.

Additionally, there’s the POTUS 45 model, similarly priced and resembling the T-Red Wave but in white.

Trump’s brand messaging is clear: America First and MAGA (Make America Great Again). Despite the swirling chaos of the 2024 election cycle, he remains a strong businessman who has stamped his unmistakable brand across various areas.

From luxury and hotels to reality television, Trump’s brand has made a remarkable pivot over the last few years. His association with both Trump Tower and his historic presidential victory in 2016 against Hillary Clinton further solidifies his brand identity.
