‘SHARK TANK’ STAR SLAMS TRUMP’S CIVIL COURT RULING FROM DEMOCRATS AS ‘UN-AMERICAN’

Certainly! Here’s a concise summary of the situation:

Judge Arthur Engoron presided over a civil business fraud trial against Donald Trump and ordered him, along with his sons, associates, and company, to pay more than $350 million in damages.

Additionally, Trump is barred from serving as an officer or director of any New York corporation or legal entity for three years. The case was led by New York Attorney General Letitia James, who accused Trump of fraudulently inflating his net worth to secure favorable bank loans.

Entrepreneur Kevin O’Leary criticized the decision, calling it “un-American” and warning of potential repercussions for the real estate industry. Trump has vowed to appeal the ruling.

The New York judge’s decision to fine President Donald Trump $350 million and bar him from conducting business in the state for three years has incited admonishment from various entrepreneurs, including businessman and star of the reality television series “Shark Tank,” Kevin O’Leary.

O’Leary blasted the decision as “un-American,” arguing that it would set a dangerous precedent for the entire real estate industry due to its being “unjust.”

As reported by RSBN, Manhattan Democrat Judge Arthur Engoron ruled against the president and two of his oldest sons, Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump, on Friday in the seemingly partisan civil fraud case led by Democrat New York Attorney General Letitia James—who previously campaigned to “prosecute” Trump, calling him an “illegitimate president.”

“That fact that he was found guilty, you might as well find guilty every real estate developer on Earth,” O’Leary said in an exclusive interview with The New York Post.

James accused businessman Trump, then a private citizen, of fraudulently inflating his net worth in order to receive more favorable bank loans and terms—asking the judge to issue a “permanent” ban on his conducting business in New York.

Engoron instead fined the president and two sons millions of dollars, and decreed they could not hold high-level position for any company in the state for several years—a decision that President Trump has pledged to “fight on appeal!”

“I don’t understand where someone got hurt,” said O’Leary. “What developer doesn’t ask for the highest price valued for any building they built?”

The “Shark Tank” star added that the ruling was “not healthy for the country,” and that it should be overturned “because it’s wrong for everybody that participates.”

“If this judgement sticks, every developer must be jailed,” he added. “They must be found guilty. They must be put out of business. You can’t do this to one another.”

“It’s not about Trump,” O’Leary continued. “It’s appalling. It’s unjust. I would go as far to say it’s un-American.”

O’Leary further noted that the state was a “loser” for the ruling, which he predicted would lead to businesses leaving the state in droves.

“We’re just stunned. You have no idea,” he concluded. “The shock wave sent through the real estate industry. Insane.”

President Trump has maintained his innocence throughout the entire the case, accusing James and Engoron of “Using a statue that has never been applied like this before” in order to partake in “Election Interference.”

“This shocking and corrupt Interference in the Free Markets for political gain places every New York business transaction at risk,” Trump posted to his Truth Social on Friday.

“We must make sure Corrupt Politicians and Judges cannot continue to abuse the power of their office, and violate the public trust. We have already won, and will continue the fight on appeal!” he concluded.
