TRUMP HAS A SUGGESTION FOR ‘DEMOCRAT OPERATIVE’ JUDGE MERCHAN
Trump had a strong suggestion for “Democrat Operative” Judge Juan Merchan this week as the ongoing Manhattan criminal trial has drug on in the heart of New York.
Following shocking testimony from Michael Cohen on Monday – he admitted to stealing from the Trump Organization in 2016 – and an explosive blow-up from Judge Merchan in the courtroom toward another witness, case dismissal is not off the table.
Per Fox News, Merchan could rule to dismiss the case after the prosecution rests following several days of questioning Cohen, who has a beleaguered track record of felony convictions and has been disbarred from practicing law in New York.
On Truth Social, Trump wrote, “Judge Juan Merchan, who has thus far been the exact Conflicted Democrat Operative his Comrades expected, has a chance to take a real step toward rehabilitating both his Reputation and the Justice System of New York by dismissing the Biden Election Interference Witch Hunt brought by Soros funded D.A. Alvin Bragg.”
Trump has been silenced on speaking about many integral details about this case due to an expansive gag order placed on him by Judge Merchan. The president has maintained that the gag order has been a violation of his First Amendment rights.
“It is a really bad feeling to have your Constitutional Right to Free Speech, such a big part of life in our Country, so unfairly taken from you,” he wrote earlier in May.
This week, he pointed out that legal experts and scholars across the board have largely agreed that “THERE IS NO CRIME” in the Manhattan “hush money case.”
He added, “…THERE IS NO CRIME, which means that the right thing to do is to END THIS SCAM NOW AND FOREVERMORE. It would be a Big, Bold, Beautiful, but Highly Unexpected, yet BRILLIANT, step toward Justice in New York, and our Nation as a whole!”
