WHY PRESIDENT TRUMP MUST CONTINUE TO PUSH BACK

The main Republican presidential candidate is Donald J. Trump. He is defeating Joe Biden and destroying every Republican challenger. Additionally, he is currently involved in the most significant and significant battle of his life.

Despite not starting the struggle, it will be up to him and the American people to prevail, which is alarming. The risks are at an all-time high. America as we know it would perish if we lost.

Democrats in pursuit of Trump

The majority of Americans are now aware that the Department of Justice, Joe Biden, Attorney General Merrick Garland, Special Counsel Jack Smith, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, and other left-wing prosecutors have weaponized the legal system against Trump through a number of indictments. In a side note, there is a coordinated attempt in several states to strike Trump’s name from the ballot in accordance with the Fourteenth Amendment.

The indictments seek to criminalize actions like a president keeping certain documents, making specific phone calls or text messages, legitimately contesting election results, using various forms of protected speech, allegedly fabricating business records to hide damaging information in New York, and other actions that, as many legal scholars have noted, are either not criminal in nature, are not felonies, or should not have been pursued.

Some anti-Trumpers have called for Trump to withdraw from the race despite the blatantly obvious motivation behind these indictments and the ongoing disqualification efforts. They claim that by continuing to run, Trump is ensuring Biden’s reelection and jeopardizing Republicans’ chances in both the House and Senate.

These justifications are feeble and foolish, and they completely miss the mark.

If Trump doesn’t push back, the resulting precedent could be disastrous

If Trump withdrew (as some idiots have suggested), two things might occur. First, while it seems unlikely given the personal animus some of them have for Trump, prosecutors could decide to dismiss all charges or lawsuits to disqualify Trump. Even if these lawsuits were abandoned, Democrats would still be aware that such actions may be used to successfully impeach their political rivals, no matter how pointless.

The second and more plausible option is that even if Trump withdrew from the election, prosecutors would still pursue the numerous accusations and lawsuits (the efforts to get Trump disqualified might then be pointless at that time).

These indictments, if successful, would pave the way for criminalizing actions that are ostensibly legitimate and frequently protected by the law or the constitution by “creating” crimes and filing charges in jurisdictions where a successful outcome is most possible.

It would set a precedent that would affect all Americans. For instance, voters or members of Congress might be afraid to speak up if the outcome of a future election seems questionable for fear of facing legal repercussions. What actions or statements would be appropriate to contest an election result if any of the indictments are true? What actions could state legislatures take to challenge these findings?

What might attorneys say or do to represent their clients in such circumstances, and will the attorney-client relationship still have any significance if left-wing prosecutors try to sabotage it when it supports their position? If Trump does not respond, Americans will be afraid to address these genuine problems.

If successful, the effort to remove Trump from office could set a risky precedent in another area. Specifically, the risk of politicizing and abusing this enormous authority could be essentially uncontrolled if one or more people could prevent a presidential contender from being included on the ballot.

The risks presented by individuals who are pursuing this path cannot be understated, despite the fact that there are numerous compelling reasons why such initiatives should fail. Given the enormous risk that these initiatives offer, Trump cannot remain passive and must take action by all means that are legal and allowed by the Constitution.

These methods will be applied to any Republican

The anti-American and politicized actions of the Democrats just mark the beginning of their conflict. Some Trump detractors believe that the Democratic campaign to defeat him is a one-and-done kind of situation. Some people think that Trump caused this, that he deserves this, or that these efforts will cease once Trump is gone.

Those who feel this way are living in a fantasy world that has little to do with reality. Instead, Trump is simply the first in a string of actions that will eventually be included in the Democrats’ playbook. Democrats will focus on the next Republican who threatens them, their desire for unrestricted power and control, or their agenda when Trump is no longer in the scene.

They will do the same things they did to Trump and will continue to do to him: fabricate scandals (such as Russiagate), use the media to spread untrue information, pursue novel legal theories in liberal venues and in front of liberal judges (when possible), pursue pointless impeachments, and disregard the Constitution when doing so would be detrimental to their goals.

Trump’s continual legal battles are therefore not just for his own gain, but also for the good of all Americans and to save, maintain, and/or reconstruct the American way of life.

Trump must continue to push back to preserve America

All Americans and the American way of life are in great danger as a result of the ongoing and unprecedented attempts to delegitimize Trump. Trump is aware of the stakes and is aware that he is the only one preventing those seeking to destroy America from succeeding. If he doesn’t, Biden and the Democrats in Congress will keep destroying the United States.

For instance, Americans may lose a number of rights and liberties, the nation will probably continue to move toward becoming a police state, and the Supreme Court may eventually become overcrowded or turn into an activist court supporting far-left policies (after some older conservative justices retire).

These risks are not hypothetical or part of some fictional story but real. As Trump consistently and correctly reminds all Americans, “They’re not coming after me. They’re coming after you. I’m just standing in their way, and I always will stand in their way!”

Trump must continue to fight; in doing so, he has the support of millions of Americans.
