TRUMP’S INDEPENDENCE DAY MESSAGE TO AMERICA

On Tuesday, President Donald Trump wished the country a happy Independence Day while emphasizing the difficult task of restoring American freedom as the nation looks toward 2024.

“Happy FOURTH OF JULY to everyone,” he wrote on Truth Social.

At a massive rally over the weekend in Pickens, South Carolina, when tens of thousands of people gathered on the main street of the historic town to hear Trump speak, the president hailed the founding of America.

Trump added, “We are working hard, we will take back our Country, and MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN. The 2024 Election is our LAST GREAT CHANCE!”

His comments echo the same theme of his Pickens rally, where he encouraged Americans to “charge forward to VICTORY” as the Founding Fathers did after signing the Declaration of Independence in 1776.

“They poured out their blood, sweat, and tears to make this into the GREATEST NATION IN THE HISTORY OF THE WORLD,” he said on Saturday.

Team Trump posted a vintage video of the 2020 president’s Independence Day speech at Mount Rushmore on social media.

“In his remarks, Pres. Trump defended American history, heroes, values, and way of life against the left-wing cultural revolution that is determined to overthrow the American Revolution,” the account highlighted.

In 2020, the president honored earlier generations of freedom warriors by praising their revolutionary efforts to establish a new type of country.

He declared, “Our Founders launched not only a revolution in government, but a revolution in the pursuit of justice, equality, liberty, and prosperity. No nation has done more to advance the human condition than the United States of America. And no people have done more to promote human progress than the citizens of our great nation.”

Trump said that the founders’ Declaration of Independence had “set in motion the unstoppable march of freedom.”

He concluded with an uplifting statement: “My fellow citizens: America’s destiny is in our sights. America’s heroes are embedded in our hearts. America’s future is in our hands. And ladies and gentlemen: the best is yet to come.”
