The DOJ apparently closed its probe into the sensitive documents that Pence turned over from his Indiana home in January, according to The Post Millennial. According to reports, Pence is not being charged with any crimes.

The DOJ has been conducting an ongoing investigation into President Trump ever since the dramatic FBI raid on his Mar-a-Lago estate in August 2022.
