Trump to Hold Rally in Costa Mesa: What to Expect?

During his trip to California this month, Donald Trump will make an extra stop in Costa Mesa, where he will talk to the California Republican Party after his speech in Anaheim.

Fox11 says that Trump will go to Costa Mesa for a private charity event that will cost between $1,000 and $23,000 per ticket.

According to RSBN, Trump’s Sept. 29 trip to Anaheim will be the first time he’s been back to California since running for re-election in 2020.

His visit also comes after the CAGOP decided to change the rules for the Republican presidential primary. If a candidate wins more than 50% of the overall vote, they will get all 169 delegates from California.

Before this choice, it was said that they were going to change the way delegates are chosen, which could have upset the “winner takes all” system that has helped candidates like Ronald Reagan win the Republican primary in the past.

In California, Republican people are most likely to vote for President Trump. FiveThirtyEight looked at a primary study from the Public Policy Institute of California and found that 50 percent of Republican primary voters supported Trump, while only 24 percent supported Gov. Ron DeSantis, R-Fla.
