Trump spotlights ‘overwhelming support’ from Americans in incredible early polls.
Trump struck a home swing in a new Premise Data poll, showcasing his domination in a crowded and hypothetical battle for the Republican presidential nomination in 2024.
According to Premise Data’s Bi-Weekly Political Sentiment Tracker, 57 percent of those polled chose President Trump as the nominee in the midst of a primary contest including today’s most well-known conservative leaders.

Gov. Ron DeSantis, R-Fla., who has not yet declared a presidential run, received 28% of the vote in their poll.

Furthermore, when asked to choose between DeSantis and Trump in a head-to-head matchup in 2024, 56 percent backed Trump, while 35 percent backed DeSantis.
Other prospective nominees, such as former Vice President Mike Pence and Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, failed to garner more than 5% and 3% of the vote, respectively.
“My poll numbers are great against everybody, Republican & Democrat, alike,” Trump wrote on Truth Social.
According to the Washington Examiner, Gov. Ron DeSantis, who is viewed as Trump’s only potentially viable competitor, is mulling a July presidential declaration.

Trump won another victory this week in Morning Consult’s 2024 GOP Primary Tracker, with 49 percent of Republican support versus DeSantis’s 31 percent.

So far, no other candidate has formally declared their candidacy for president. Former United Nations Ambassador Nikki Haley is likely to launch a 2024 campaign on February 15.
