Trump called out Nikki Haley for celebrating what she believes is second place when, in reality, she came in last place and lost in a two-person race.
The results of the Granite State primary saw President Trump win at 54.4 percent with 12 delegates gained, with Haley coming in last at 43.3 percent and nine delegates gained. It was a crushing defeat for the former South Carolina governor.
However, Haley does not see this as a defeat. CBS News reported that she told her supporters, “Our fight is not over because we have a country to save.” She also expressed her feelings about her second place “win,” explaining, “This race is far from over. There are dozens of states left to go, and the next one is my sweet state of South Carolina.”
In response to Haley’s reaction to the results, President Trump wrote on Truth Social, “Could somebody please explain to Nikki Haley that she lost – and lost really badly. She also lost Iowa, BIG, last week. They were, as certain Non-Fake Media says, ‘CRUSHING DEFEATS.’”
RSBN shared that President Trump pointed out, “Who the hell was the imposter who went up on the stage before and, like, claimed a victory? She didn’t win, SHE LOST.” President Trump added, slamming Haley, “She failed BADLY.”
President Trump has made it clear that Haley did not come in second place. She came in last place, and she should recognize that.
