Trump Says He’s Been Indicted By Biden’s DOJ In Classified Documents Scandal
Donald Trump, a former president, said on Thursday night that the U.S. Department of Justice had indicted him on charges related to his handling of confidential documents that were discovered at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida in August.

Trump claimed in a series of posts on his Truth Social that he had received a summons to appear in Miami federal court on Tuesday.

Joe Biden has 1850 boxes at the University of Delaware, additional boxes in Chinatown, D.C., with even more boxes at the University of Pennsylvania, and documents were strewn all over his garage floor where he parks his Corvette and which is “secured” by only a garage door that is paper thin and open most of the time, he wrote. “The corrupt Biden Administration has informed my attorneys that I have been Indicted, seemingly over the Boxes Hoax.”
Page 2 reads, “I have been ordered to show up at the Miami Federal Courthouse on Tuesday at 3 PM. I never imagined that a former American president, who received more votes than any other president in our nation’s history and who is currently far ahead of all other candidates in polls for the 2024 presidential election, both Democrats and Republicans, could experience such a thing. I AM A MAN OF INNOCENT!” he exclaimed.

This is a dark day for the United States of America, as stated on page three. We are a nation that is seriously and quickly declining, but by working together, we can make America great once more. Trump made a final addition.
Trump made a public statement earlier this week after his legal team met with Justice Department representatives on Monday as part of a federal probe into his handling of classified data.
Trump said on his Truth Social platform in all uppercase, “How can DOJ possibly charge me, who did nothing wrong, when no other presidents were charged.”
He responded only a short time after his legal team was spotted exiting a meeting at the DOJ, a sign that the investigation is about to come to a close.

Trump went on to note that Hillary Clinton, a 2016 Democratic candidate for president, was under investigation by the FBI for having classified material on her own email server but “wasn’t even close to getting charged! “Only Trump — the biggest witch hunt of all time!”
The outlet added:
Trump posted the early afternoon remarks shortly after three of his lawyers — James Trusty, John Rowley and Lindsey Halligan — were seen leaving the Justice Department. The trio met with special counsel Jack Smith, who is overseeing the probe, and other officials, a person familiar with the matter said. Neither Attorney General Merrick Garland nor Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco were present, NBC News confirmed.
An unusual FBI search on Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida in August marked the investigation’s conclusion and was sharply criticized at the time.
Dan Bongino lashed out at the Biden administration and the Justice Department, which he claimed had recently become excessively politicized, during an interview on the “Primetime” program of his former network colleague Jesse Watters. He called the raid “third-world bullshit.”
Fox News reported that the raid “was in connection with materials that Trump took with him from his time as president.” The publication cited additional sources who claimed that “15 boxes of classified materials were recovered from” Trump’s estate and that the “National Archives and Records Administration referred the case to the Justice Department.”
After the special counsel John Durham’s report implicated Clinton’s campaign as being responsible for the fake “Russian collusion” charges against her rival, Donald Trump, some Republicans proposed last month that the Republican-led House launch new investigations against the former secretary of state.
“In my opinion, the media was aware of this from the start. “They’re the ones who were willing to launder out Hillary Clinton’s phony, made-up information about Donald Trump,” Rep. Byron Donalds (R-Fla.) told Fox News, adding that it was “the same information that she used with her friends at the upper echelon of the FBI to start the ‘Crossfire Hurricane’ investigation.”
At least four investigations into the Clinton Foundation and Hillary herself had been started by the Justice Department and various FBI divisions prior to the 2016 presidential election. Hillary was charged with violating laws governing the handling of classified information after it was discovered that she had her own personal email server set up in her New York residence while serving as Secretary of State under President Barack Obama.

She was also being looked at for allegedly erasing sensitive documents and emails that were the subject of congressional subpoenas.
