TRUMP REACTS TO RUMORS THAT HE WILL BE INDICTED IN DOJ’S ‘CLASSIFIED’ DOCS PROBE
In response to speculations that he is about to be indicted in connection with the DOJ’s ongoing inquiry into the purportedly classified documents that were collected by the FBI during the raid on Mar-a-Lago last year, President Donald Trump released a statement.
He wrote on Truth Social, “No one has told me I’m being indicted, and I shouldn’t be because I’ve done NOTHING wrong, but I have assumed for years that I am a Target of the WEAPONIZED DOJ & FBI, starting with Russia, Russia, Russia HOAX, the “No Collusion” Mueller Report, Impeachment HOAX #1, Impeachment HOAX #2, the PERFECT Ukraine phone call, and various other SCAMS & WITCH HUNTS.”

Federal prosecutors allegedly informed Trump that he will soon be indicted, but the president obviously rejected this in his most recent remarks.
Special Counsel Jack Smith is leading the federal investigation into the Mar-a-Lago documents. Merrick Garland, the US attorney general, appointed Smith.
Smith’s appointment has drawn criticism from Trump in the past, who has referred to him as a “special persecutor” and a “Trump Hating SLIMEBALL.”
MAGA Inc.’s lengthy statement claims that Smith has a history of allegedly picking on conservatives. In their statement, MAGA emphasized Smith’s prior involvement in the Obama administration’s Lois Lerner IRS scandal, which focused on right-leaning charity organizations.

Per their statement, Smith also:
- Reportedly targeted a Republican presidential candidate, Bob McDonnell, in 2010,
- Smith’s spouse reportedly donated $2,000 to Biden’s 2020 campaign and produced a documentary about Michelle Obama on Netflix.
“Election meddling,” as Trump put it, is the current inquiry into how he handled the materials taken from his home.
Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, the acting chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, has asked the DOJ for an unredacted document describing the “scope” of Smith’s probe into Trump, as was previously reported by RSBN.

On Truth Social, President Trump declared that the Smith investigation had been “A TRAVESTY OF JUSTICE & ELECTION INTERFERENCE AT A LEVEL NEVER SEEN BEFORE.” Republicans in Congress need to prioritize this as their top concern.
