TRUMP POISED TO WIN CALIFORNIA DELEGATES TO ALL BUT SECURE PRESIDENTIAL NOMINATION
A new poll shows that Trump is likely to win all of California’s votes because he has such a big lead over his Republican opponents.
A study from the UC Berkeley Institute of Governmental Studies was shared by the Los Angeles Times. It showed that President Trump will get all of California’s delegates to the Republican conference next year.
Mark DiCamillo, who is in charge of the UC Berkeley study, said, “Californians have turned away from DeSantis more or less.” The past president will benefit the most from DeSantis’s loss. He’s definitely liked by the Republican party.

55% of Republicans in California said they would vote for President Trump, according to the study. “Capturing all of California’s delegates would give Trump a huge advantage over the rest of the field,” DiCamillo says about what this would mean for Trump [LA Times].
Since the rules changed in July, this huge edge can now lead to a win. The news source said that the new rule says a candidate can claim all 169 delegates if they get more than 50% of the votes. This is another step toward President Trump getting re-elected, which will leave his opponents far behind.
