Former President Trump today ripped the mail-in ballot “scam” in the United States. “Maricopa County election officials were roasted after voting to certify the 2022 election results in highly suspicious fashion,” Trump said in a heated statement posted to Truth Social. Remember, you will never have a fair and free election with a mail-in ballot – never, never, never.” He wrote, “Won’t and can’t!!!”
Trump was prompted to watch a video clip showing election officials condemning an Arizona woman for election-related chaos in Americans’ Maricopa County.
“It must be noted that our election was rigged,” Trump wrote in one post.
Arizona’s GOP nominee for governor, Kari Lake, took to social media Monday to provide an update on the election integrity fight. Curry Lake told the media, “I want you to know that I am firm with you in this fight. Maricopa County could not wait to certify their botched election. A gruesome election in which half of the polling stations were ineffective on election day. Dirty elections where Election Day caused chaos across Printer County. Dirty elections where Arizonans were expected to wait in line two, three, four – even five hours to exercise their sacred right to vote.”
Curry Lake also shared a post on Twitter. He tweeted, “‘Democracy’ does not die in darkness. It has been robbed of daylight all over Arizona. Where voters’ voices are silenced so corrupt bureaucratic business as usual can continue.”
The use of mail-in ballots increased exponentially in 2020 during the Covid pandemic.
President Trump even warned of the dangers of using high mail-in ballots.
Former President Trump said in June 2020, “bad things” will happen.
“Absentee ballots are OK. A person has to go through a process to get and use them,” Trump tweeted. He added, “Mail-in voting, will lead to the most corrupt election in US history. Bad things happen with mail-ins. Just look at Patterson’s special election, 19% ballot fraud!”
