Trump arrives at NY Courthouse, challenges AG: ‘THERE WAS NO CRIME HERE’
Donald Trump appeared in New York on Monday morning for a civil trial initiated by Attorney General Letitia James, offering harsh and candid press statements that laid down what he claimed “a continuation of the single greatest witch hunt of all time.”
He stated, “We have a rogue judge who rules that properties are worth a tiny fraction…of what they actually are.” He also called James a “racist” who “ran on the basis that she was going to get Trump.”

The president continued, “This is what we have. It’s a scam, it’s a sham. Just so you know, my financial statements…the actual net worth is actually more.”
Trump noted that while he was facing civil trial at the behest of AG James, people were “getting murdered” in New York
“There was no victim here,” he stated.
He explained, “The banks got back their money. Again, there was never a default, there was never a problem. There was no crime. The crime was against me because we have a corrupt district attorney but we have a corrupt attorney general.”

New York Judge Arthur Engoron concluded last week that President Trump committed commercial fraud. Trump adamantly denies this.
On Monday, Trump told the press that the legal attack was “coordinated” by Washington, D.C., “because I’m the leading candidate” in the 2024 presidential election.
“This has to do with election interference, plain and simple,” he said.
He added, “They’re trying to damage me so that I don’t do as well as I’m doing in the election…What we have is an attempt to hurt me in an election.”
President Trump also said that “they’re all corrupt people” and said that the entire country was corrupt, as well.
