The Future of DEI in the Trump Administration.Trump is set to ‘get rid of all the wasteful Marxist Dei bureaucrats’
Many have criticized the Trump administration for lacking diversity and inclusiveness. There are some indications, though, that the administration is acting to allay these worries. For instance, the administration recently issued an executive order on diversity and inclusion and appointed a few persons of color to high-level positions.
It is still too early to predict DEI’s position in the Trump administration. The administration will need to take more direct action, though, if it is serious about addressing these issues. This can entail increasing the number of people of color employed, expanding opportunities for minorities and women, and addressing unconscious bias.
It is significant to highlight that there are various viewpoints on how DEI will develop under the Trump administration. While some people think the administration is making strides, others think it isn’t going far enough. It is crucial to remember that the administration has encountered certain difficulties in its attempts to advance diversity and inclusion.
Overall, it is unclear how DEI will fare under the Trump administration. The administration will need to take more direct action, though, if it is serious about addressing these issues.
