REPORT: TRUMP SET TO RETURN TO NYC FOR YET ANOTHER WITCH HUNT BY LETITIA JAMES
Last week, Letitia James, the attorney general of New York State, reportedly instructed Donald Trump to return to New York City for yet another political witch hunt.
According to two reportedly informed sources, President Trump will be required to take a deposition on Thursday in Manhattan as a result of James’s decision to file a civil lawsuit against him and three of his children.

According to RSBN, James filed a lawsuit in 2022 against Trump and his family, seeking at least $250 million in damages for allegedly “fraudulent” business dealings. Also, James has already expressed her dislike for Trump in public, which has infuriated detractors who have accused her of having ulterior political motives for filing the lawsuit against the president.
In November 2022, Trump filed a lawsuit against AG James, citing a “war of intimidation and harassment on President Trump, his family, his business interests, and his associates.”
The suit also noted, “…James has repeatedly abused her position as Attorney General for the State of New York to pursue a relentless, pernicious, public, and unapologetic crusade against President Trump, a resident of Palm Beach County, Florida, with the stated goal of destroying him personally, financially, and politically. Suffice it to say that these actions are contrary to both the laws of New York and Florida.”

Trump participated in a deposition for this case via CBS in August 2022, before it was formally filed. According to RSBN, he used his Fifth Amendment rights to speak out for himself during the deposition.
One week after entering a not-guilty plea to 34 felony counts of “falsifying” business documents following a Manhattan grand jury’s decision to indict him, the president is currently engaged in a legal spat with Letitia James.
