President Donald Trump took a moment to respond to the rapidly developing scandal surrounding Breeden’s mishandling of classified material during a chat with David Bloody on “The Water Cooler.”
Brody asked the president whether Breeden should be prosecuted for allegedly mishandling his documents and whether the whole situation was a “cover-up.”

“Well, I don’t want to get into it, but obviously it’s a cover-up,” Trump responded. Trump also mentioned I was the president, I had the right to publish as president. But he is under a very strict restriction under the Federal Records Act, which is a very difficult situation.
He also said that opposite Breeden’s garage at Lago Mar, there was a heavily guarded “armed fortress” with the Secret Service at all times.
As previously reported by RSBN, Trump explained at a recent Truth Social that Mar-a-Lago was once built with the idea of being a “Southern White House.” He also noted that the Palm Seed property is a “robust structural setting.” ‘ was and has security and secret service full time. Compare it to a shabby garage, with no security and papers strewn all over the floor.
The president also brought up former President Barack Obama and Breeden’s possible role in the classified documents mishandling scandal. Trump commented, “It’s got Obama in the picture as you can imagine.”
Trump said the documents that Breeden carried with him when he became vice president were obtained from the Obama administration, and now I think they’re implicating him.
He joked that it would be nice if all investigations into his own handling of classified documents were over. “It’s like a central inquiry in my country,” he quipped.
