President Trump Finally Speaks Out About Leaked Audio
Former President Donald Trump spoke out on the leaked audio recording in which he is heard discussing holding onto “secret” documents that he claims he cannot declassify on June 27, 2023 on his social media platform Truth Social.
President Trump Finally Speaks Out About Leaked Audio. I find it insane that ‘Special Prosecutor’ Jack Smith leaked sensitive audio pertaining to an ongoing investigation to CNN.
In case you missed it, here’s the audio leaked to the left-wing cable news network:
NEW: CNN has obtained audio of former Pres. Trump admitting he had “secret” military documents that were not declassified, six months after he left the White House.
This is a key allegation detailed in Jack Smith’s indictment of the former president.

President Trump finally broke his silence on Monday by issuing these statements on Truth Social, firing back at Jack Smith and the corrupt DOJ.

Trump is heard telling a group of advisers in the audio tape that he has a “secret” document but cannot declassify it because it would “make a tremendous uproar.” He continues by saying that he will hold onto the document till he leaves his position.

Concerns regarding Trump’s handling of secret information have been raised in light of his remarks in the audio recording. Some claim that by keeping the paper in his hands, Trump may have broken the law. Some have claimed that Trump’s remarks are more proof of his contempt for the law.
In his Truth Social post, Trump defended his actions, saying that he was simply trying to protect national security. He also said that the audio recording was “illegally leaked” and that he was “considering legal action.”

Reactions to Trump’s post on Truth Society have been conflicted. Trump has received mixed reviews, with some applauding him for standing up for himself and others criticizing how he handled the matter.
According to Breitbart, the contents of the audio were as follows:
In an audio Trump said, “These are bad sick people.”
The TRUE History Of America Revealed…
With the sound of papers moving, Trump continued, “With Milley, let me see that.
I’ll show you an example. He said that I wanted to attack Iran. Isn’t it amazing?
I have a big pile of papers, this thing just came up. Look. This was him. They presented me this.
This is off the record, but they presented me this. This was him. This was the Defense Department and him.
Comedian and libertarian Dave Smith said it all: “It’s amazing how many people can share this video and seem to ignore the obviously most interesting part and just focus on him saying the documents were secret. He’s talking about the military trying to push the President into yet another stupid evil war.”

Fox News featured President Trump’s retort to anchor Bret Baier regarding the alleged Iran invasion documents:
“There was no document. That was a massive amount of papers and everything else talking about Iran and other things,” Trump told Baier.
“And it may have been held up or may not, but that was not a document. I didn’t have a document, per se.
There was nothing to declassify. These were newspaper stories, magazine stories and articles.”
