NANCY PELOSI MAY HAVE TO FACE QUESTIONS SURROUNDING HER FAILURE TO SECURE U.S. CAPITOL ON JAN. 6

Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., may be forced to stand and answer tough questions if House Republicans have their way. Reps. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) and Troy Nehls (R-Texas) have recently suggested that the California legislator be held accountable for her conduct on Jan. 6, 2021.

According to the Conservative Brief, Rep. Jordan brought up Pelosi’s part in failing to protect the United States Capitol before the “insurgency” in 2021 following a report provided to GOP members that criticized Pelosi’s inadequacies.

Per the Conservative Brief, Jordan stated:

“The reason there wasn’t a proper security presence on that day goes right to the speaker’s staff and the speaker’s office. As you go back and look at the communications, there’s this pattern that develops where the Sergeant of Arms is meeting with Pelosi’s staff. Many of those meetings, Republican staff wasn’t allowed to be there, but they had this pattern where everything had to run through her office, her staff, before the Sergeant of Arms could make a decision.”

Pelosi resigned as Speaker of the House in January, returning to her home state of California as a congressman and handing over the gavel to Kevin McCarthy, the newly elected Republican Speaker of the House (Calif).

According to RSBN, President Trump has long accused Pelosi of denying National Guard troops from the United States Capitol Building in 2021 on his proposal as President of the United States.

“Why aren’t the Unselects asking Nancy Pelosi and the Mayor of D.C. To testify as to why they turned down my recommendation on January 3^rd of 10,000 to 20,000 troops to stand guard at the Capitol Building on January 6^th? Had they followed this recommendation, there would have been no problem on January 6^th! They must testify! ” He wrote on Truth Socia.
