IOWANS TURN OUT IN DROVES FOR TRUMP
Donald Trump was greeted with a thunderous reception on Tuesday when he stepped onto the Fox News town hall stage in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
With the news of his third indictment, the 45th president’s first broadcast speech attracted a record-breaking crowd of Iowans.
Several of the “thousands” of participants reportedly started lined up outside the venue a day before the event’s scheduled start time, according to Fox News host Sean Hannity. Hannity introduced the topic by citing a post by Trump on Truth Social that describes how he is the focus of yet another political witch hunt.
Trump informed the crowd that on Sunday night, the Department of Justice under Joe Biden sent him a letter of indictment. Additionally, he claimed that Democrats’ efforts to sway the 2024 election are the reason behind the legal prosecution.

Furthermore, Trump emphasized that the “DOJ has become a weapon for the Democrats.”
One possible reason for the political persecution could be that Biden is scared of Trump’s popularity. After mentioning that he is the frontrunner for the presidency, Trump alluded that Biden wants to “demean, diminish, and frighten people.”

However, Trump confidently stated that he is not afraid and that he is “going to make America great again.” In response, the crowd erupted in applause.
After that, President Trump discussed the dire situation in America as a result of Joe Biden’s policies. But he didn’t neglect to express optimism for the future. Trump asserted with optimism that MAGA and America First have “never had more spirit.”
The Iowa Republican Caucus will take place on Jan. 15, 2024.
