‘How Can DOJ Possibly Charge Me?’ Trump Responds After Lawyers Meet With DOJ
As his legal team met with Justice Department representatives on Monday as part of a federal investigation into his handling of sensitive data, the former president Donald Trump made a public statement.

Trump said on his Truth Social platform in all uppercase, “How can DOJ possibly accuse me, who did nothing wrong when no other presidents were charged.”
He responded only a short time after his legal team was spotted exiting a meeting at the DOJ, a sign that the investigation is about to come to a close.
Trump went on to note that Hillary Clinton, a 2016 Democratic candidate for president, was under investigation by the FBI for having classified material on her own email server but “wasn’t even close to getting charged! “Just Trump — the biggest witch hunt of all time!”
The source also said:
Trump made the remarks in the early afternoon, not long after James Trusty, John Rowley, and Lindsey Halligan, three of his attorneys, were spotted leaving the Justice Department. According to a person familiar with the situation, the group met with special counsel Jack Smith, who is in charge of the investigation, and other officials. NBC News confirms that neither Attorney General Merrick Garland nor Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco was present.

Ultimately, the probe led to an unprecedented FBI raid on Trump’s property.
Dan Bongino lashed out at the Biden administration and the Justice Department, which he claimed had recently become excessively politicized, during an interview on the “Primetime” program of his former network colleague Jesse Watters. He called the raid “third-world nonsense.”
The raid “was related to information that Trump took with him from his term as president,” according to Fox News. The publication cited additional sources who claimed that “15 boxes of classified information were recovered from” Trump’s estate and that the “National Archives and Records Administration submitted the issue to the Justice Department.”
Bongino was indignant.

Bongino remarked, “This is some third-world garbage right here. Third-world nonsense, I’ll say it one more. Every word inside is true. Because it’s television news is irrelevant to me.
“I lifted my right hand, a federal agent. Also, I pledged to uphold and defend the US constitution. And I cherish this nation. Seriously, this is a disgrace. a scandal. We don’t reside there. He continued, “We don’t live under Kim Jong Un of North Korea.
“We reside in a republic with a constitution. a democracy with representation. You have a number of FBI officers searching a former president’s house because they disagree with his political views. Is this thing on, he continued.
He continued, “This is some third-world rubbish that happened tonight.
Prior to the release of special counsel John Durham’s report last month, some Republicans recommended that the Republican-led House launch new probes against Clinton.
“In my opinion, the media was aware of this from the start. According to Rep. Byron Donalds (R-Fla.), they were the ones “ready to launder out Hillary Clinton’s bogus, made-up information against Donald Trump,” which was “the same information that she utilized with her buddies at the upper echelon of the FBI to initiate the ‘Crossfire Hurricane’ investigation.”
Hillary Clinton, who was charged with breaking laws governing the handling of classified materials after it was discovered that she had her own personal email server located in her New York home while serving as President Barack Obama’s secretary of state, had at least four investigations into the Clinton Foundation and her before the 2016 election.
