GAETZ HAS A PLAN TO GRANT TRUMP IMMUNITY AGAINST LEGAL BATTLES
A strategy to help President Donald Trump combat the dubious legal battles he is now engaged in was announced by Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla.
He went into the specifics in an interview with Charlie Kirk, the founder, and CEO of Turning Point USA, on Tuesday.
Gaetz emphasized that the accusations against President Trump are dubious, and that those who disagree with him have already been afoul of the law themselves.
He criticized former FBI agent Charles McGonigal for his involvement in the Durham report, which discredited the Robert Muller probe into the Russia Collusion Hoax against President Trump.

He said, “McGonigal, who was on the ground floor of the investigation to accuse Trump of working with Russia has now pled guilty to working with Russia.”
McGonigal’s legal troubles, which are currently being utilized to penalize President Trump, are directly indicative of larger problems with the judicial system, as recently described in The New York Post.
Gaetz continued by mentioning his intention to provide President Trump immunity from his ongoing legal disputes.
He said, “First, we should tell Jack Smith that he has to show up and give a transcribed interview to the House Judiciary Committee in the next 15 days.”
Gaetz noted that the House should issue a subpoena if he refuses and then hold him in “criminal contempt” if he continues to ignore the subpoena.

“Force him to be the first prosecutor to bring a case while under criminal contempt himself. And if Merrick Garland won’t enforce that criminal contempt, then he subjects himself to an impeachment of the House,” he added.
This plan is designed to highlight the dubious justifications for the accusations made against Trump.
Gaetz also urged that Trump be invited to speak before the House as a whistleblower about the DOJ’s dubious procedures to grant him immunity.
He described a need to be unconventional due to the nature of the current weaponization of the government, stating, “I think the timing is on purpose. No timing in D.C. is ever just a mere coincidence.”
Gaetz said that if Trump were to become the “ultimate whistleblower,” it would grant protections from weaponized political attacks and “Neuter the deprivation of rights and the conspiracy charges.”

Also, with the help of this strategy, President Trump might expose Nancy Pelosi’s opposition to armed troops on January 6.
“It’s never something that you typically think of as a first step,” he said. But Gaetz admitted that he thinks the DOJ has become “the enforcement wing of the democratic party.”
He warned that the Democrats are getting ready to battle for their cause despite the fact that the majority of Republicans are not.
“They’re coming after our people, our movement, and our president,” he declared.
