Donald Trump’s Indictment May Come Tuesday
The January 6th witch hunt could result in Special Counsel Jack Smith charging President Trump as early as Tuesday.
“A potential indictment of former President Trump in the special counsel’s Jan. 6 investigation could come as early as Tuesday of this week,” CBS News stated.
“If there’s going to be an indictment here in Washington D.C. on the special counsel’s January 6th investigation, it could come as early as tomorrow,” said CBS News Congressional Correspondent Scott MacFarlane.
MacFarlane noted, there’s no certain date on the calendar an indictment would occur. He also stated, there’s no indictment that is certain.

“All we can say is the target letter that Trump acknowledged and announced, and we have confirmed, is an indication that federal prosecution is likely, if not imminent. You want to measure this by days and weeks, not by months and years,” he added.
