DONALD TRUMP TO BE CHARGED WITH 34 FELONY COUNTS: REPORT
According to a source with ties to Yahoo News, Donald Trump will reportedly be charged with 34 felonies on Tuesday for allegedly fabricating company records.
The 45th president won’t also be “put in handcuffs,” imprisoned in a “jail cell,” or asked to take a “mugshot.” There may be complaints that President Trump is receiving special treatment, but that is untrue. According to Yahoo News, Trump’s legal proceedings have followed “standard procedures even for white-collar offenders” up until a court made a decision on the terms of his or her upcoming trial.

The Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s office does not believe Trump to be a “flight risk” or a danger to anyone involved in the court proceedings, according to a Yahoo exclusive. This justification led Bragg’s office to inform the Secret Service and the court officials in New York City that Trump is not anticipated to be handcuffed or to have a booking photo taken of him.
Falsifying company paperwork could result in years behind bars as punishment. According to Yahoo News, a Class E felony conviction for fabricating business records carries a potential sentence of up to four years in jail. Prison time is improbable, a New York police official told the publication, because “no one gets jail time for that as a first offender.”
There is currently no knowledge of how the specifics of the indictment were revealed to the media. The unnamed source is a “person who has been briefed on the proceedings for the arraignment of the former president,” according to Yahoo News.

As the news broke, President Trump spoke on Truth Social. “Wow! District Attorney Bragg has just illegally LEAKED all of the details on the pathetic indictment against me, according to Trump.
Trump went on to say that Bragg should be “immediately indicted” for allegedly leaking confidential information about the indictment.
