DONALD TRUMP MAKES POST-SPEECH PIZZA PIT STOP, CUSTOMERS GO WILD FOR 45

Following his remarks at the Lee County Republican dinner, Donald Trump struck out big with the patrons and staff of the Downtown House of Pizza in Fort Myers, Florida, on Friday night.

Online footage of the unexpected visit showed the president walking into a packed pizzeria and being greeted with cheers, applause, and chants of “USA” and “Trump!”

In a video that Dan Scavino shared on Twitter, Trump can be seen biting down a slice of pizza and jokingly asking if anyone would like the leftovers. The audience replied by laughing,

Rep. Byron Donalds, a Republican from Florida who recently endorsed Trump for president in 2024, accompanied the president on his pizza run. On Twitter, Donalds wrote,  “America’s President paid the people of my district a visit in Downtown Fort Myers, and it was an honor to be a part of this moment alongside my youngest son Mason. SWFL is Trump Country, and together we will give President Trump four more years in the White House.”

In addition to sending pizza to the Fort Myers Police Department, which handled the president’s security detail on Friday night, Trump posted on Facebook that “IT WAS MY GREAT HONOR” to do so.

“A nice gesture from Donald J. Trump before he departed, for our shifts out working tonight to include everyone working the former Presidential detail in Downtown Fort Myers,” the department wrote on Facebook. “Some Downtown House of Pizza to go around[.]”

Following his remarks at the Lee County GOP Dinner, where he discussed his political legacy from 2016 and how the Republican Party changed as a result, Trump paid a visit to the Fort Myers company.

According to RSBN, Trump called their sort “gone” and attacked the previous Republican Party as being made up of “RINOs, Neo-cons, and globalists.”
