Donald Trump Jr. Takes the Stand RETURNS TO COURT IN CIVIL TRIAL: Will He Save the Trump Empire?

Donald Trump Jr. returned to court in New York City this week amid the ongoing civil trial that has been brought against his father and the Trump Organization by New York State Attorney General Letitia James.

According to CBS, Trump Jr. took the witness time for the second time in the trial as a witness for the defense, describing his father, President Donald Trump, and the “genius” of the real estate empire.

According to RSBN, President Trump has been the target of allegations in New York that he falsified his financial accounts, but he has categorically denied any wrongdoing.

This week, he called the trial a “Political Witch Hunt” and accused presiding Judge Arthur Engoron and AG James of “FRAUD” in the valuation of his Florida home, Mar-a-Lago, at $18,000,000.

He explained, “They just wanted to make me look bad – All a big SCAM by the New York A.G. in order to get elected, and then to run for Governor, unsuccessfully.

On Monday, Donald Trump Jr., spoke to the press outside the courtroom, stating that the ramifications of businesses in New York City in the wake of a trial like this were “truly staggering.”

He continued, “Hopefully someday the people of this great city will realize what’s going on, they’ll realize the destructive practices here, they’ll realize just how insane that is, and they’ll be begging for guys like Donald Trump to come back to New York City to reshape the skyline as he’s done for decades.”

On Truth Social, President Trump called out AG James for “smirking all day long from her seat in Court, as New York continues to set records in murder and other violent crimes, and businesses flee to other States.”

Per CBS, Donald Trump Jr. joked on the stand to the judge, “I’d say it’s good to be here, Your Honor, but I’m afraid the attorney general would sue me for perjury.”

The eldest Trump sibling spent his time defending his family’s real estate business, even calling his father an “artist” who had a gift for taking the most dilapidated properties and seeing “potential” in the buildings.
