DA Bragg in hot water over Trump case :
MULTIPLE LAWSUITS FILED AGAINST MANHATTAN DA ALVIN BRAGG FOR TRUMP CASE
The President Trump indictment is well-documented history. In addition to questioning the intentions behind Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg’s case, millions of Americans backed him.
The Heritage Foundation is now suing him over Bragg’s alleged “political motivation” against President Trump, according to One America News (OAN).According to the Washington Examiner, Bragg campaigned on the premise that he would investigate Trump.
Several Republican officials also questioned Bragg’s motivations. The Manhattan District Attorney was criticized by Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., who even demanded his arrest for “prosecutorial misconduct.”

Alvin Bragg is seeking to stifle our democratic process by using federal law to bring politicized allegations against President Trump, claimed House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, a Republican from California.
On the premise that the Manhattan DA had “weaponized” the legal system, House Republicans had by mid-April introduced legislation to cut off funds to Bragg’s office.

The Heritage Foundation has sued Bragg twice, according to the OAN report. In the first, Bragg is accused of breaking the state’s freedom of information law. According to the second complaint mentioned in the article, Bragg received pro bono assistance from outside law firms. The Manhattan District Attorney must divulge information about the companies, according to the Heritage Foundation’s request to the courts.
The Heritage report claimed that Bragg “crossed the Rubicon by indicting President Trump on a document retention dispute” within the case. He and us are currently engaged in a document retention dispute.
