CROWD GOES WILD WHEN TRUMP WALKS INTO UFC FIGHT
Throngs of fans shouted enthusiastically as Trump made his first public appearance after his arrest on Saturday night in Miami, Florida, at UFC 287. Dana White, Kid Rock, Mike Tyson, and Donald Trump Jr. sat ringside with the president.
Footage posted on social media showed President Trump pumping his fist and waving to the crowd as the arena erupted in applause:
According to a report from Fox News, Jorge Masvidal, a UFC star, started a “Let’s go, Brandon” chant in the arena among the audience.
He also delivered remarks that showed his support for President Trump, the outlet revealed. He told the crowd, “I wanted to say, greatest president in the history of the world sitting right there. I love that guy.”
As Trump initially entered the arena on his way to his ringside seat, the UFC crowd started chanting “USA”:
Only a few days had passed since Trump’s arraignment in New York, where he had pleaded not guilty to 34 felony counts of “falsifying” business records. Trump then made an appearance at the UFC fight.
A move to dismiss the Manhattan district attorney’s case may be submitted by the Trump legal team later this year, according to attorney Jesse Binnall, as previously reported by RSBN. Also, he implied that a move for the removal of the case’s judge, Justice Juan Merchan of the State Supreme Court, would be made in the future.
The case’s next hearing is scheduled on December 4, and Trump’s legal team has until August 8 to submit any motions.
