ALAN DERSHOWITZ: SUPREME COURT WOULD LIKELY OVERTURN A TRUMP CONVICTION

Alan Dershowitz, a lawyer, and former Harvard law professor, said on Fox News that he thinks the Supreme Court will probably reverse President Trump’s conviction.

In a clip shared by The Post Millennial, he stated, “He will probably win in the United States Supreme Court if they grant review and they should grant review.”

Dershowitz also noted that because Biden is using his administration to indict his election opponent, “It has to be beyond reproach. It has to be without any problems. It has to be the strongest case in history.”

The nature of President Trump’s indictments has been questioned by a number of conservative figures, and the most recent legal development has led to even more speculative discussion.

According to RSBN, a number of Congressmen voiced worry about the reason behind the indictments.

Also, according to RSBN, the third indictment contains four allegations relating to President Trump’s querying of the results of the 2020 election following unprecedented modifications to election procedures.

According to RSBN, this prompted President Trump to publish a 10-minute video in which 39 Democrats contest the outcomes of the elections in 2018, 2016, 2004, and 2000.

President Trump is still being prosecuted, but his popularity is unaffected, and the lack of precedence or relevance to other politicians in the list of charges against him is a continuing topic of discussion.
